Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Payments & P2P Market group — including fiat on / off-ramps, internal payment rails, and P2P crypto trading.

Lead and scale a team of product managers, driving cross-functional execution across engineering, risk, operations, and compliance.

Expand and optimize fiat on-ramp and off-ramp coverage in key markets, working with third-party providers and internal payment infrastructure.

Evolve the P2P Platform to increase trust, conversion, and liquidity — especially in high-volume emerging economies.

Design and launch features across the stack : trader onboarding, dispute resolution, price matching, KYC / payment orchestration, and settlement.

Develop go-to-market plans for liquidity partners, payment providers, and new market entries.

Use data to understand trade dynamics, optimize funnel performance, and drive product-led growth across buyer and seller segments.

Stay on top of trends in global payments, OTC / P2P trading, and cross-border fintech to inform roadmap and partnerships.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years leading product teams or managing multiple product areas.

Experience working with payment systems, fiat on / off-ramps, or financial infrastructure — ideally in crypto, fintech, or cross-border payment platforms.

Strong understanding of supply and demand dynamics in marketplaces, especially those involving money movement or asset pricing.

Proven track record of building and scaling products with real user impact — you’ve owned critical flows and can tell the story with metrics.

Strong technical literacy — able to discuss backend architecture, APIs, fraud models, and trade execution logic with engineers.

Comfortable working with complex systems, unstructured problems, and high-speed environments — you’re structured, proactive, and self-driven.

Experience leading cross-functional work across engineering, ops, support, legal, and analytics.

Deep user empathy and product sense — you care about creating intuitive, trustworthy, and fast experiences.

Working knowledge of crypto and OTC / P2P trading (as a user or builder) — you’re familiar with wallets, tokens, stablecoins, and fees.

B2+ English, especially in writing and async coordination.
