One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager - LMD in United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Algeria, France, Senegal.

As a Senior Product Manager for the Last Mile Delivery (LMD) division, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the product strategy for Yassir’s Super App and delivery services. You will collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, design user journeys, and ensure successful product execution. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the user experience and expanding the impact of the product across different countries. Accountabilities :

• Develop and own the product roadmap for the Super App’s Last Mile Delivery offerings.
• Lead and define user stories, transforming business requirements into actionable plans for design and tech teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across countries and products to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure product features align with their jobs-to-be-done.
• Ensure product execution is aligned with business goals, leveraging OKRs and agile methodologies.
• Support the growth and development of product managers by contributing to a positive team culture.

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience as a product manager or in a senior product management role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic product plans.
• Experience using OKRs for product planning and working within agile development environments.
• Strong project management skills, especially with remote teams.
• Background in rapidly growing industries such as mobility, on-demand services, or delivery is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
