Job description

Responsibilities

Partner with client innovation teams, digital units and executive stakeholders to define GenAI product strategy aligned with business goals and sector-specific needs

Translate AI potential into product roadmaps, MVPs and scalable rollouts — across both public and private sector organizations

Lead discovery workshops and opportunity mapping in high-value use cases for energy, healthcare, retail and government

Collaborate with global EPAM engineering, data science and design teams to ensure robust, compliant and impactful delivery

Ensure data privacy, localization and ethical AI practices are built into product design and implementation

Guide clients through AI adoption maturity — from first pilot to enterprise-wide integration

Nice to have

Prior experience with UAE-based or GCC-region digital programs

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock

Arabic language skills (not required but a plus)

Previous exposure to government digital transformation or smart city initiatives

Requirements

7+ years of experience in product management, in AI / data-driven solutions or enterprise platforms

Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development or digital transformation in one or more of : energy, healthcare / life sciences, retail, Financial Services or government

AI Practitioner Working experience of GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs) and AI / ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment

Strong client consulting skills — you can communicate AI value to business and technical audiences

Familiarity with Middle East regulatory frameworks, sovereign cloud or sector-specific compliance (e.g., healthcare data privacy)

Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural delivery teams across business, design, data and engineering
