Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join our growing team and lead product initiatives within the company. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and has a proven track record of building and scaling platform products that serve diverse user bases and partner networks. The Senior Product Manager will drive product strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee the development and launch of products that enhance our ecosystem and create sustainable competitive advantages. You will work at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and user experience to build products that meet customer needs and strengthen our platform's value.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive product strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and ecosystem growth.
• Create and communicate a clear product vision to stakeholders, partners, and users.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and identify trends to ensure product innovation and market leadership.
• Drive decisions that enhance ecosystem interconnectedness, ensuring new features create synergies with existing offerings.
• Collaborate across teams for seamless integration and consistent user experiences across all ecosystem products.
• Establish standards, APIs, and design principles for harmonious product operation while maintaining individual value.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Define requirements, create specifications, manage timelines, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Lead agile processes, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Use analytics and user research to inform decisions and measure success, establishing KPIs and monitoring metrics.
• Implement A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into improvements.
• Serve as liaison among engineering, design, marketing, sales, and executives.
• Manage relationships with external partners and developers, ensuring smooth integration and support.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 in a senior or lead role.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, CS, or related; MBA preferred.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard.
• Experience with UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude.
• Understanding of software development, APIs, and system architecture.
• Experience in platform or marketplace tech companies, especially SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or developer tools.
• Product management certifications are a plus.
