Job description

Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception, roadmap prioritisation through to execution, making impacts and launching products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.

About the role:

We are looking for a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to drive user acquisition and product growth initiatives from inception through execution. This is a unique opportunity for someone with vision to architect and manage an industry-changing platform that helps change the way we deal with money. You will drive impact and launch products/features across our global footprint, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, plan, execute and maintain the Exchange's Experience roadmap, focusing on:
  • A. World-Class Leading User Experience:
  • Build, iterate, and optimize best-in-class trading onboarding workflows.
  • Be multi-channel capable, synergizing mobile app and website experiences.
  • Establish seamless onboarding and KYC experiences, taking ownership of retail, VIP, and Institutional onboarding flows, unifying the experience where appropriate.
  • Build bridges to other Crypto.com products to drive an effective connected experience across our product suite.
  • B. Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Set up event tracking to enable funnel analytics and CRM capabilities.
  • Create dashboards to provide analytical insights on product performance.
  • C. Grow the Exchange:
  • Strategize with Growth and CRM teams to devise targeted retail campaigns for product success and improve conversion.
  • Feature and Product Definition:
    • Define features and outcomes by leading and documenting detailed product specifications and requirements (acceptance criteria).
    • Weigh necessary trade-offs for optimal outcomes.
  • Collaboration with Feature Teams:
    • Work with delivery management to optimize resource throughput.
    • Collaborate with lead engineers to develop technical solutions.
    • Guide QA engineers to ensure comprehensive testing.
  • Own the Product:
    • Co-manage the roadmap backlog, owning the product area.
    • Own and ship products/features in a timely manner.
    • Dogfood your product/feature and seek improvements.
  • Engagement with Business and Sales Teams:
    • Facilitate user studies and feedback collection.
    • Iterate based on feedback to prioritize user needs.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and CRM teams for product adoption.
  • Market Awareness:
    • Stay updated on market and industry trends.
  • Cross-Functional Representation:
    • Represent the domain in cross-team communications.
    Job Requirements:
    • At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably with Crypto trading/exchange platforms.
    • Minimum 2 years collaborating on Growth or CRM initiatives.
    • Data-informed work style with a user-centric approach.
    • Passion for building efficient onboarding experiences.
    • Ability to work on various projects beyond onboarding.
    • Experience shipping successful software or financial products at scale.
    • Demonstrated leadership and initiative.
    • Positive attitude and good communication skills with cross-functional teams.
    • Understanding of API usage; technical aptitude preferred.
    • Open to learning and humble in work approach.
