Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager - Product Management (Enterprise Data Foundation) to lead the development of a data-driven platform for AI and analytics across the group. You will own the roadmap for a reusable data and knowledge foundation, partnering with data engineers, architecture and governance teams to deliver trusted, compliant and scalable assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, engineering or mathematics.
• Data management or cloud data platform certification (DAMA CDMP or Azure/AWS) is advantageous.
• Experience applying product management practice to data or platform products, including discovery and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data platforms and databases, including Foundry, Oracle and cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with data modelling, semantic layers, ontologies and knowledge graph or vector-based retrieval approaches.
• Understanding of data pipelines, integration patterns, and APIs; aware of streaming vs batch trade-offs.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the roadmap for the Group’s data and knowledge foundation, aligned with AI product priorities and enterprise data strategy.
• Integrate existing databases and platforms (Foundry, Oracle) into a coherent foundation.
• Onboard new internal and external data sources through structured onboarding and integration processes.
• Design, document and deliver reusable knowledge assets for multi-product consumption.
• Define standards for metadata, lineage, versioning and discoverability of assets.
