Role Title Senior Product Manager

Reports to - Director of Product & Design
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building digital ecosystems and drives a product from concept through to execution. Our ideal candidate will be championing customer experience evolution through data-driven insights and by using a variety of qualitative and quantitative inputs.
As a Product Manager, you will be a key strategic contributor to your product domain. You will be responsible for setting the direction for your product area which will be part of a complex ecosystem. This role is highly cross-functional working closely with product and design colleagues, engineering, marketing, operations and executive teams. The successful candidate will have high levels of ownership and responsibility holding the accountability for delivering key capabilities to respond to the needs of the business ensuring that what is delivered meets business goals and objectives.
Product Strategy
- Own and develop Product Strategy for your Product domain consistent with the company vision
- Own key areas of the ecosystem and develop the product based on market intelligence, customer insights and inputs from key stakeholders
- Produce Lean Business case for strategic initiatives with ROI projections
- Own the product-market fit by validating key areas of the product through frequent market feedback (via concept testing, analytics, A/B testing, surveys, customer Interviews, and other frameworks)
- Build, manage and maintain the product roadmap and feature set
- Communicate progress across key stakeholders
- Own and define product KPIs to measure success.
Product Execution
- Own and support the full life cycle of products; leading the ideation, validation, technical development, launch and continuous improvement based on insights and data
- Develop PRDs and user stories with clear intent and acceptance criteria
- Work on product priorities in support of the overall vision, balancing short-term and long-term objectives to deliver maximum value
- Work closely with Design, Engineering and the Business teams to form a joined-up and realistic execution plan
- Ensure features are released as per schedule and is delivering the intended benefits
- Drive product launches including working with business expansion, marketing, executive and other product management team members.
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may hinder team's ability to meet the strategic, financial and technical goal
- Provide frequent communication to the product leadership on development progress, escalating any issues that could impact the budget, timeline, or strategic vision
Requirements
Hard Skills
- 7+ years experience in a product management role preferably in Retail and E-commerce.
- Experience with Web and Mobile Apps, Growth hacking, Funnel optimization and experimentation.
- Able to demonstrable experience of building products with data and insights
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects against tight deadlines using an agile framework and toolkit such as Scrum and Kanban
- Ability to work across multiple teams to, align goals and deliverables and drive overall success independent of organizational boundaries
- Experience managing complex product development cycles and schedules.
- Experience in Product Management, Systems Architecture, Design Thinking and Product Ownership is a must
- Proven experience in launching successful products
- A history of accountability and meet/exceed objectives in tight timeframes
- Ability to operate collaboratively with all levels of the organization in a fast-paced startup environment
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field, MBA from reputed institutes preferred.
