Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a fully integrated autonomous vehicle system, combining hardware, embedded software, and user-facing applications. This is a high-impact role at the core of SteerAI’s product strategy—requiring deep system-level thinking, a strong technical foundation, and the ability to align cross-functional teams around a compelling product vision.

You’ll define and drive the roadmap of a complex hardware–software system, ensuring strong product–market fit, clear differentiation, and seamless execution across disciplines.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements through development, deployment, and iteration.
• Define a compelling product vision grounded in user needs, market insights, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, operations, manufacturing, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure seamless interactions between physical and digital components to create a cohesive user experience.
• Translate customer feedback and technical constraints into actionable product requirements and milestones.
• Make informed trade-offs around scope, features, and timelines to maximize value and maintain execution velocity.
• Stay ahead of autonomy, robotics, and automotive trends to guide product strategy and innovation.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of product management experience with complex hardware-integrated systems (e.g., robotics, autonomous vehicles, IoT, or industrial control systems).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record of launching successful hardware–software products in high-complexity environments.
• Strong understanding of system-level product thinking and cross-functional delivery.
• Familiarity with hardware development lifecycles, manufacturing processes, and supply chain considerations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time operations platforms, vehicle coordination, or logistics tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of integration testing and validation across hardware and embedded systems.
