Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from strategy to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely execution that drives business growth and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy aligned with Ideal Enterprises' business goals.
• Own product roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback loops to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to build and launch high-impact features.
• Drive data-driven product development using analytics and performance metrics.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement, and propose continuous improvements.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across complex, cross-functional projects.
• Present product updates, roadmaps, and strategy to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor junior product team members (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10-13 years of product management experience, preferably in mid-to-large scale organizations.
• Proven success in launching and scaling digital or enterprise products.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma, analytics platforms).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
