Job Sumary:
Product Manger will lead the strategic development and execution of brand and product marketing initiatives to drive sustainable business growth. You will own the brand vision, champion innovation, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. You will be accountable for delivering top-line and bottom-line targets, informed by strong consumer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Target Achievement
- Develop and lead strategic plans to achieve aggressive revenue and profitability goals.
- Translate market insights into actionable marketing plans, product innovations, and commercial strategies.
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Define and implement both short-term and long-term brand strategies to build brand equity and market share.
- Lead brand positioning, portfolio management, and pricing strategy across markets.
- Champion category vision and drive differentiated consumer propositions.
Innovation & Product Development
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from concept development to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Drive consumer-centric innovation roadmaps in collaboration with R&D, operations, and global teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management
- Lead cross-functional project teams involving R&D, supply chain, sales, finance, and creative agencies to ensure timely and flawless execution of product and marketing initiatives.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Partner with creative, media, and research agencies to develop compelling communication and media strategies.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources and alignment with brand goals.
Market Research & Insights
- Identify strategic research needs; commission and interpret consumer, shopper, and market studies to inform decisions.
- Translate insights into data-driven recommendations and continuous improvement actions.
Marketing Mix Management
- Oversee development and execution of all elements of the marketing mix, including:
- Integrated communication strategies (ATL & BTL)
- Trade and consumer promotions
- Media strategy and planning
- Packaging design and innovation
- Pricing architecture and optimization
Performance Monitoring & Marketing Analytics
- Track and evaluate business performance, sales metrics, market share, and campaign ROI.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and profitability assessments to guide course corrections.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related
- MBA from a premier institute is mandatory
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in FMCG product management, preferably in the Hair Care category, with a proven track record of leading brand strategy and product innovation.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
- Willing to relocate to Dubai
