A leading company in the Middle East is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance its monetization and advertising ecosystem in the Careem Super App. This role involves defining the product roadmap for in-app advertising solutions, balancing user experience with revenue goals, and collaborating across departments to execute impactful product initiatives.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of the monetization and advertising ecosystem within the Careem Super App. You will define the roadmap for in-app ad solutions, working at the intersection of product, engineering, commercial, and analytics to deliver scalable, high-impact tools and features that drive revenue without compromising user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the end-to-end product vision and strategy for advertiser-facing tools and features within the Super App, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Translate strategic goals into a clear product roadmap with well-prioritized features and experiments, balancing user experience with monetization impact.
Collaborate with the Commercial team to co-develop advertising packages and flexible pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPD) that meet the needs of diverse brand partners and agencies.
Partner with analytics to define success metrics, instrument tracking systems, and evaluate campaign and feature performance through rigorous experimentation.
Make informed decisions by balancing trade-offs between revenue generation and user-centric design principles, always advocating for long-term user value.
Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration by working closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
Act as the single point of accountability for all ad product development and operations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across departments.
Present product strategy, experiment results, and go-forward plans to leadership and key stakeholders, creating visibility and shared ownership across the organization.
Stay attuned to advertiser needs and market trends by gathering feedback and identifying feature enhancements that improve the partner experience and sales efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Economics (MBA is a plus).
5–7 years of product management experience in digital advertising, B2B SaaS, or e-commerce platforms.
Strong technical acumen and experience working closely with engineering teams on scalable systems.
Deep understanding of ad measurement, targeting capabilities, and campaign performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, ROI).
Strong analytical thinking and familiarity with A / B testing and data analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and commercial functions.
Strategic mindset with a bias toward execution and delivering measurable impact.
