We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead our Core Experience across web and mobile. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping the end-to-end consumer journey from discovery to conversion, ensuring that Property Finder delivers the most intuitive, relevant, and high-performing real estate platform in the region.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead our Core Experience across web and mobile platforms. The role involves shaping the entire consumer journey from discovery to conversion, with the goal of making Property Finder the most intuitive, relevant, and high-performing real estate platform in the region.

What You’ll Do
  1. Own the product strategy and roadmap for core search and discovery experiences (SERP, filters, listings, maps, ranking).
  2. Partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to build and scale consumer-facing features that drive engagement, retention, and lead conversion.
  3. Define, measure, and communicate product KPIs aligned with business goals.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of product managers working across Buy, Rent, and New Projects journeys.
  5. Balance short-term impact (experiments, quick wins) with long-term product bets (personalization, ML-driven ranking, multi-intent journeys).
  6. Collaborate closely with agent-side teams to ensure a cohesive dual-sided marketplace experience.
What You’ll Bring
  1. 8+ years of experience in product management with at least 3 years leading high-impact teams.
  2. Proven track record in building large-scale B2C platforms, such as marketplaces or search-heavy products.
  3. Deep understanding of user behavior, conversion funnels, and marketplace dynamics.
  4. Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data, experimentation, and iteration.
  5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
