Partner with the best

A Lead Service Delivery Personnel and Competency will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You will maximize Baker Hughes's revenue and profit opportunities, coordinate job activities, and ensure execution aligns with customer expectations and contractual terms.

Responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the primary contact for clients to oversee and manage job preparation, execution, and close-out reporting.
  • Managing performance of Production Solution applications according to KPIs and reporting criteria.
  • Managing HSSE risks related to chemicals, activated carbons, solids, and catalysts.
  • Performing operational reporting on various schedules.
  • Understanding and capitalizing on contracts/quotes.
  • Coordinating and monitoring all activities in managing the Job Cycle, including engagement with third-party supply chain partners.
  • Supervising activities of service or technical personnel, including personnel assignments, project management, and technical support.
Qualifications for success:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in upstream oil and gas operations, preferably within Artificial Lift.
  • Relevant experience in supervising and coordinating operations and service delivery.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to execute regional sourcing strategies to ensure supply and minimize outages.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
