Position Objective

We are looking for a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team in Dubai. Reporting to the Lead Product Designer, you will play a crucial part in designing seamless and engaging user experiences for our innovative fintech products. You\'ll work collaboratively within an agile environment, transforming complex financial processes into user-friendly digital solutions that make a real impact on our customers\' lives.

Key Responsibilities

• User-Centered Design Execution: Execute the end-to-end design process from concept to implementation, including user research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity UI designs.
• Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing product designs.
• Apply best practices in UX / UI design to create accessible, efficient, and delightful user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaboration & Contribution: Work closely with Product Managers to understand project goals, support user stories, and integrate design seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency across products.
• Research & Iteration: Assist in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and evolving business requirements.
• Help ensure that designs adhere to relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Communication & Documentation: Clearly articulate design rationale and present design solutions to team members and stakeholders.
• Create detailed design specifications and documentation for development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in product design, UX / UI design, or a related role.
• Mandatory : Demonstrated experience designing digital products within the FinTech or Financial Services industry. (Please highlight this experience in your application and portfolio).
• A strong online portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and a range of UX / UI projects for web and mobile.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional interfaces.
