Job summary

MoonTech is an AI-first, agentic workflow company transforming influencer performance marketing. This role focuses on building a strong data foundation, instrumenting a live infrastructure, and using AI tools to accelerate analysis.

You will translate event data and campaign performance into decisions for product and leadership, driving revenue and retention. We seek a senior analyst with 5+ years in product analytics, strong SQL/Python, and experience in a marketplace or growth-stage

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product analytics or data analysis at a marketplace, e-commerce, or performance-marketing company.
• Define, track, and report north-star and funnel metrics for brands and creators, including signup, activation, early campaign performance, retention, and payouts.
• Own north-star/funnel metrics for two-sided or marketplace products.
• Partner with PMs to define event tracking specs during feature planning, not after launch.
• Work with data/engineering on ongoing data infrastructure modernization.
• Validate data quality, flag gaps, and contribute to schema decisions.
• Build dashboards so PMs, leadership, and investors can access insights without ad hoc requests.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMs and engineers on instrumentation and event-tracking plans.
• Turn event data and campaign performance into actionable product decisions.
• Maintain dashboards for leadership, PMs, and investors to monitor KPIs.
• Design A/B tests, size samples, and document results clearly.
• Advise on data architecture and taxonomy during modernization efforts.
