Job summary

MoonTech is shaping the next phase of influencer marketing by building a unified data layer and AI-enhanced product. This hands-on leadership role owns the core platform strategy, leads a cross-functional team across product, delivery, and analytics, and remains deeply involved in the work.

You will write PRDs, participate in data architecture discussions, and guide the roadmap while growing your team and managing tradeoffs between customer experience, scale, and cost.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with platform or marketplace experience at meaningful scale.
• 2+ years managing product managers or a mixed team spanning product, delivery, analytics.
• Track record running multi-squad delivery: set up or improve how a product org plans, ships, and communicates releases.
• Shipped AI-enabled capabilities into production and measured outcomes.
• Automated real business operations: workflow automation, systems integration, reducing manual work as volume grows.
• Comfortable owning an analytics function: event tracking, warehouses, and data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical instinct; you reach for the numbers before the opinion.
• Credible with engineers and designers and able to hold a line with executives.
• Clear, direct written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy for the core platform, defining direction and sequenced bets with measurable outcomes.
• Lead and grow the product team across product management, delivery, and analytics.
• Write PRDs, participate in data architecture conversations, and manage the roadmap review.
• Grow the people who report to you and raise the craft bar across the team.
• Ensure predictable, quality execution across multiple squads with clear status dashboards.
• Identify where AI creates measurable value and ship it with success metrics.
