Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Procurement Manager - Marketing to develop category strategies for Media and Marketing with an annual spend over AED 100 million. The role partners with Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Services to negotiate key vendor relationships while balancing speed, compliance, and commercial discipline.

The incumbent will lead end-to-end sourcing projects, apply financial acumen, monitor compliance, and drive cost savings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; postgraduate qualification or recognized Procurement/Supply Chain certification is an added advantage.
4-5+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing, with a focus on Marketing and Advertising categories.
Proven experience in managing complex projects, supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts.
Experience in coaching, mentoring, or managing team members.

Responsibilities

Develop and own comprehensive sourcing strategies for Media and Marketing categories.
Lead end-to-end sourcing projects (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) with optimal outcome strategies.
Manage high-value supplier relationships and key contracts; ensure protection of commercial and legal interests.
Coach and develop Procurement Executives and align activities with business objectives.
