Role Overview:
The Senior Procurement Executive is responsible for leading procurement activities that support facilities management operations, with a strong focus on contract administration and project mobilization. This role ensures timely sourcing of services, materials, and subcontractors, while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations and operational standards across hard and soft FM services.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with suppliers and subcontracts.
- Ensure all contracts are aligned with operational requirements, legal standards, and client expectations.
- Maintain a centralized contract database with alerts for renewals, expirations, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to resolve disputes.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring contract documentation is complete and traceable.
2) Project Mobilization
- Lead procurement planning for new project mobilizations, including sourcing of manpower, specialized services, equipment's, consumables, and third-party services.
- Coordinate with operations, HSEQ, and transition teams to ensure readiness of all mobilization components.
- Manage vendor onboarding, compliance checks, and mobilization kick-off meetings.
- Track mobilization progress against procurement timelines and escalate delays proactively.
- Ensure alignment with client mobilization protocols and deliverables.
3) Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Conduct market research and supplier evaluations for major categories.
- Issue RFQs/RFIs, evaluate bids, and prepare commercial evaluations.
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and service levels to optimize cost and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain preferred vendor lists and monitor supplier KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of procurement experience in facilities management or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of FM service contracts, mobilization protocols, and supplier compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple mobilizations and contracts under tight timelines.
