The role focuses on turning briefs into production‑ready plans, pricing and budgets, while collaborating with Operations, Production and Creative teams for flawless execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement or supply chain within events, and holds or pursues CPSM/CPPO/CIPS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain management.
• Experience in events management industry preferred.
• Certifications such as CPSM, CPPO, or CIPS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs to understand client requirements and event needs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Production and Creative to align BOQ with designs.
• Provide just‑in‑time pricing during pitches and respond to client inquiries.
• Support budgeting, supplier quotes and procurement templates.
• Assist in value engineering to optimize costs and budgets.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure procurement stays within budget.
• Produce procurement logs and help draft contract documents.
• Contribute to payment plans and coordinate with Finance.
• Provide on-site support during project delivery.

Industry: Live Events, Experiential Design and Brand Activations

About the Role:

To support the creative and technical development of live events, experiential environments, exhibitions, brand activations and temporary installations.

The successful candidate will transform creative briefs and initial concepts into visually compelling, technically feasible and production-ready designs. The role requires a strong combination of creativity, architectural understanding, 3D visualisation and practical knowledge of how event environments are fabricated, installed and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the Request for Proposal (RFP) to thoroughly understand client requirements and the specific needs of the event.
• Work closely with the Operations, Production, and Creative departments during the pitch period to ensure alignment of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with RFP specifications and designed files.
• Manage and provide accurate pricing on a just-in-time basis throughout the pitch period, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Budget team by sharing validated quotes from suppliers, assisting in budget preparation, and ensuring all client-related templates are filled out accurately.
• Engage in value engineering discussions with the pitch, production, and leadership teams to optimize costs and facilitate budget submission.
• Monitor expenditures closely to ensure procurement activities remain within budgetary constraints.
• Issuing project procurement logs to maintain clear records.
• Direct the Procurement team to create contract documents based on the available scope, including BOQ, preliminary drawings, and outline specifications.
• Assist with the finance team and Procurement Director to develop and manage the payment plan for projects.
• Provide on-site support during project delivery, ensuring seamless execution and addressing any issues that arise.
• Other tasks related to the role as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
• Previous experience from events management industry is highly preferred
• Certifications such as CPSM, CPPO, or CIPS are highly desirable

• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Must have relevant experience in events, exhibitions, activations or experiential marketing industry
