Job Description

• Creation and management of short, mid, and long term strategic procurement goals and objectives for Direct, Subcontracting and IM&S categories (together with his/her direct reports if there is any).
• Creation and improvement of procurement processes in alignment with the stakeholders, including market analysis, strategy sourcing & negotiation and contract approval.
• Identification and realization of cost-saving opportunities including local / regional consolidation projects.
• Management of procurement systems.
• Management of procurement staff in and across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and miscellaneous internal procurement support activities.
• Development of the team strategy and support for employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities.
• Manage and monitor Supplier Performance, lead the development of corrective actions plans and follow-up when there are issues.
• Develop and maintain supplier pool.
• Ensure subcontractors' compliance with company policies and procedures in coordination with Global Compliance Team.
• Analyze and understand the cost drivers associated with each category/supplier.
• Benchmark current products across suppliers and identify consolidation opportunities.
• Support procurement aspects of the related projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in procurement.
• Team player at executive levels to collaborate with business units and functional partners.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience with modern sourcing and procurement systems.
• Good communication skills, strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Good/Excellent written and spoken English.
