Key Responsibilities
Design and spearhead advanced procurement strategies for major projects,
ensuring best-in-class results.
Negotiate, draft, and execute highly complex contracts and purchase agreements,
mitigating business risks and maximizing value.
Direct supplier performance reviews, audits, and compliance checks, maintaining
strategic relationships with global vendors.
Champion digital procurement transformation and the adoption of automation tools
for increased efficiency.
Lead cross-functional teams and mentor procurement professionals at all levels.
Execute purchasing plans and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Utilize advanced SAP modules (MM, Ariba, S / 4HANA) for full-cycle procurement,
contract analytics, and supplier performance tracking.
Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and HSE teams to ensure all
procurement activities meet rigorous standards.
Develop training programs and standard operating procedures for continuous
improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, Engineering, or similar.
20+ years of progressive experience in procurement, contract management, or
supply chain (preferably Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector).
Proven mastery of SAP procurement solutions and digital procurement best
practices.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Extensive experience with international supplier management and high-value
contract execution.
Recognized procurement certifications (CIPS, CPM, or equivalent) preferred.
