Caliberly is seeking an experienced Purchasing Supervisor to oversee procurement operations in the industrial refrigeration and engineering sector. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing across projects.

The role demands strong negotiation, planning, and team supervision to optimize procurement workflows and maintain optimal inventory levels. A leadership approach will support cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within industrial sectors.
• Experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing process for equipment, materials, and services required for projects and operations.
• Source reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and supply continuity.
