Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist / Engineer to lead strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management and commercial activities for major industrial projects in the oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, and power sectors in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities include supplier prequalification, market intelligence, strategy development, full bidding management, and terms negotiations.

Qualifications

10+ years of sourcing and procurement experience in industrial sectors like Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power, EPC, or Manufacturing.
Experience with materials, equipment, consumables, feed raw materials, chemicals, and bulk materials.
Strong background in procurement strategy, contract management, and supplier analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management and commercial activities for major projects.
Conduct prequalification of local, regional and international manufacturers and suppliers.
Develop and execute procurement strategies for high-value agreements.
Manage bidding processes from ITB package through evaluation and award.
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and contractual conditions; maintain pricing databases.
Coordinate evaluations with internal stakeholders; attend progress and commercial meetings.
