Job summary

MIRAL.LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement Officer in Dubai to lead AI-driven procurement transformation across real estate development projects. You will automate source-to-pay processes, optimize supplier negotiations, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with engineering, finance and project teams while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, transparency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in real estate development.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities across sourcing to invoicing.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate with vendors, and maintain relationships.
• Prepare bid comparisons and optimize cost through terms.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely materials.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure policy compliance.
• Support procurement planning, budget control, and reporting.
• Automate quotation collection, PO creation, onboarding and approvals.
• Implement AI-powered and rule-based workflows for procurement operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in AI decisions.
