Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Plant Operator to operate, monitor and control assigned units to process, store and export products to specification while complying with HSE requirements and maximizing plant yield.

You will work with SOPs, supervise routine checks, authorize work permits, coordinate with maintenance and safety teams, and participate in emergency response, ensuring safe operation and data logging across the Integrated Control System.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Plant Operations within a large industrial plant.
• Experience in Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety and HSE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out operational work safely to SOP standards.
• Log incidents and coordinate with Supervisor for efficient operations.
• Supervise routine checks on equipment and arrange servicing/repairs.
• Prepare/review plant/equipment for maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
• Operate related machinery safely per Company standards and instructions.
• Authorize work permits and monitor contractor activities for safety compliance.
• Utilize Integrated Control System to improve plant efficiency and product quality.
• Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member.
