Job summary

Confidential Company in Umm Al Quwain is seeking a Process Engineer to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing key business processes while collaborating with various departments.

Applicants should have a background in Industrial Engineering or a related field, along with significant experience in process engineering, particularly in the UAE's construction or project-based industries.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in process engineering, business excellence or continuous improvement roles.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC or project-based industries preferred.
• 3-5 years of mandatory experience in UAE in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Map, document and analyze current business processes across departments.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement areas in workflows.
• Design and propose optimized processes aligned with best practices.
• Support the implementation of standardized processes across departments.
• Facilitate workshops and Kaizen events for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with digital teams for automation opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in establishing performance measurement systems (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for change management.
