Job Title: Senior Process EngineerLocation: DubaiSalary: AED 10,000 - 12,000Job Code: 221/001/574Industry: Water TreatmentJob Purpose:To ensure the design, development, and optimization of water treatment processes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The role focuses on reviewing and coordinating engineering documents, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines.Job Responsibilities:Familiarize with the CI product range, including STP, SWRO, BWRO, WTP, and MBR systems.Review and interpret process flow diagrams, P&IDs, layouts, BOQs, costing sheets, process descriptions, control philosophies, and O&M manuals.Analyze specifications, requirements, and drawings for tenders or RFQs provided by the sales team.Assess and prepare Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), plan layouts, and sectional views of proposed water treatment systems (e.g., STP, RO).Examine and modify the Bill of Material (BOM) to ensure compliance with project requirements.Evaluate supplier quotations for mechanical equipment required for system implementation.Ensure consistency across documentation, including BOQs, drawings, process calculations, control philosophies, and material data sheets, with the proposed system.Collaborate with Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control (E, I&C) teams for detailed submittals.Address client and consultant feedback, incorporating necessary changes and providing prompt responses.Coordinate with engineering teams across multiple disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Procurement, and Projects) to ensure seamless execution of projects.Oversee the timely preparation and submission of engineering documents, including process calculations, control philosophies, O&M manuals, and other project-specific deliverables.Prepare and submit all necessary process documentation as required by clients or consultants.Job Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 8 years of experience in process design and engineering within the water treatment industry.Proficiency in developing and reviewing engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.Hands-on experience with water treatment systems such as STP, RO, and MBR.Strong knowledge of process instrumentation, control systems, and material data sheets.Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure timely project deliverables.Excellent communication and analytical skills for addressing client feedback and optimizing processes.Familiarity with industry safety and quality standards.
