We’re looking for experienced, driven professionals to join our Dubai team as Senior Private Jet Brokers. With a minimum of 2 years in private jet charter or aviation, this role is ideal for mid-level and senior brokers who bring deep industry knowledge. As a remote role, you will have the flexibility to manage your time while still being part of a growing global team. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively secure new private jet charter clients via inbound leads and targeted outbound efforts, including email, WhatsApp, iMessage, and calls.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Account Management: Manage key accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service.
  • CRM Activities: Regularly update and maintain the CRM system (Integral) for effective sales management.
  • Client Development: Cultivate and expand existing client relationships to drive continued growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in private jet charter or aviation.
  • CRM Skills: Proficient in CRM systems, with strong organisational skills and regular updates.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
