Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Private Banker to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in the region, delivering tailored financial solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. This is a client-facing role requiring a deep understanding of international wealth management and a strong network within the UAE and broader GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of private clients based in the UAE and wider Middle East.
  • Deliver bespoke financial advice across banking, investments, wealth planning, and credit solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and attending relevant industry events in the region.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and lending renewals, ensuring timely and compliant service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet client needs and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of regional and international regulatory requirements, ensuring full compliance.
  • Travel within the region as required to maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Support the development of junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in private banking or wealth management, ideally within the UAE or GCC markets.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, credit solutions, and wealth planning strategies.
  • Experience managing complex client relationships and delivering holistic financial advice.
  • Familiarity with international and regional regulatory frameworks, including DFSA or ADGM regulations.
  • Commercially astute with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Technologically proficient, with experience using CRM systems and financial planning tools.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

  • Relevant RDR-compliant investment qualification.
