Job summary

SYNERGY CRM: Conseil en développement commercial & stratégie Marketing is seeking a Senior Privacy Notice Accuracy Specialist for a 100% remote role in the UAE. You will ensure privacy notices, consent disclosures, and related communications are accurate and aligned with privacy requirements.

The position requires reviewing content, validating data processing disclosures, and coordinating updates across websites, apps, and portals with privacy, legal, compliance, product, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; strong privacy knowledge.
• Experience reviewing privacy notices, disclosures, and governance.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate into documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Review privacy notices, policies, consent statements, cookie disclosures for accuracy.
• Verify data categories, purposes, retention, sharing, and user rights disclosures.
• Compare disclosures with internal inventories and processing records.
• Identify outdated or misleading privacy statements and coordinate updates.
• Coordinate reviews after product or process changes across channels.
• Assess disclosures across websites, apps, portals and forms.
• Validate descriptions of data collection, third-party disclosures, transfers and consents.
• Maintain review checklists, version histories, and approval records.
• Collaborate with privacy officers, legal, compliance, product, marketing and governance.
• Support privacy impact assessments by ensuring disclosures reflect activities.
• Monitor regulatory changes requiring updates to privacy communications.
• Evaluate clarity and accessibility of notices for different audiences.
• Establish QA procedures and measurable review criteria for content.
• Track discrepancies through remediation and final approval.
• Prepare audit summaries and management reports on privacy notice accuracy.
• Recommend improvements to workflows and governance for documentation.
