W&R Lenzi International Ltd. is seeking a mid-level to senior Privacy Analyst/Data Protection Officer to oversee privacy, data protection and information governance. The role supports compliance, risk management and awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities include monitoring programs, data mapping, DPIAs/PIAs, third-party risk, incident response and documentation. Candidates should have relevant privacy certifications and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Privacy, Compliance, or related field.
• Experience in Privacy, Data Protection, Compliance, Information Governance, Risk Management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of privacy laws and regulatory frameworks relevant to operating markets.
• Familiarity with privacy frameworks, data governance, and privacy-by-design practices.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business controls.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and support the organization’s privacy and data protection program.
• Assess business processes involving collection, use, storage, transfer and disclosure of personal data.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and data protection impact assessments where required.
• Identify privacy risks, control gaps and potential non-compliance areas.
• Develop and maintain privacy risk registers, assessment records and remediation plans.
• Review privacy policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and internal controls.
• Support compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor changes in privacy regulations and assess their impact on operations.
• Provide privacy guidance to business, technology, HR, marketing, customer service, etc.
• Review data-processing activities and maintain records of processing activities where applicable.
• Support data mapping exercises to identify personal data lifecycle stages.
• Assess third-party vendors and data-processing agreements for privacy compliance.
• Support data-subject rights management and incident response activities.
• Monitor data retention and deletion practices in line with requirements.
• Review new products/services for privacy considerations.
• Support privacy-by-design and data-minimisation across initiatives.
• Work with IT to strengthen privacy controls.
• Conduct privacy compliance reviews and control testing.
• Prepare privacy reports and dashboards for management.
• Maintain documentation of privacy assessments, incidents, requests, policies and compliance actions.
• Develop and deliver privacy awareness training for employees.
• Promote responsible handling of personal data and assist audits.
