What You’ll Do
  • Lead from the front in a 180° business development role, managing your own portfolio of clients and billings
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key clients across your specialist market
  • Develop tailored recruitment solutions and effectively sell them to both new and existing clients
  • Drive new business through strategic outreach including cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings
  • Take comprehensive client briefs and partner with delivery teams to ensure efficient, high-quality placements
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, forecasting accurately and tracking sales performance
  • Act as a mentor and support system for junior consultants, helping to foster a high-performance culture
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in recruitment, sales, or business development, ideally with 3+ years of experience
  • Confident, articulate communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, commercially driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value client accounts while balancing new business development
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Previous leadership, mentoring or team development experience is a plus
