Job Summary : The Audit Director will oversee audit engagements, ensuring compliance with international standards and UAE regulations. This role involves managing a team of auditors, maintaining client relationships, and delivering high-quality audit services. The Audit Director will play a key role in identifying risks, improving processes, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Audit Planning and Execution : Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Client Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with audit services.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all audit activities comply with IFRS, GAAP, and UAE regulations, including Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 on the Taxation of Corporations and Businesses.
• Risk Assessment : Identify and assess risks within client organisations, providing recommendations to mitigate these risks.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Process Improvement : Implement and promote best practices in audit processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting : Prepare and review audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
