Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a senior solutions lead in Abu Dhabi to drive the design and deployment of Unified Supply Chain solutions for the refining and petrochemical industries. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures and optimization models, acting as the functional and technical authority on delivery projects.

You will guide multi-country project teams, shape modelling approaches, and collaborate with customers to identify improvements while supporting presales

Qualifications

• 15+ years in supply chain planning, refinery planning, or optimization.
• Led complex supply chain transformation projects across multiple countries.
• Experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams.
• Expertise in AVEVA Unified Supply Chain Plan or equivalent.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

• Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures and optimization models
• Act as the functional and technical authority during implementation projects
• Define modelling approaches, integration requirements, and deployment strategies
• Assess customer planning business processes and recommend improvements
• Serve as technical lead on strategic or high-complexity projects
• Support presales activities including discovery workshops, demonstrations, and proposal development
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer leadership teams

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain planning, refinery planning, or optimization
• Proven track record delivering complex supply chain transformation projects
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary and multi-country project teams
• Strong expertise in AVEVA Unified Supply Chain Plan and Network or equivalent solutions
• Industry knowledge in Refining and Petrochemicals
• Substantial experience in supply chain optimization modelling (linear and mixed-integer)
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
