Job summary

Al-Futtaim Financial Services in UAE is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Pricing & Residual Value on a full-time, on-site basis. The role supports pricing governance, residual value management, portfolio profitability analysis, and decision support across the division.

You will develop pricing models, monitor asset performance, validate residual value assumptions, and provide insights to optimize profitability, competitiveness, and risk-adjusted returns.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in corporate finance, treasury, banking or financial services.
• Understanding of financial markets, forex and pricing, accounting including FX, liquidity, cashflow.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing models for Financial Services products to align with profitability and risk.
• Perform portfolio profitability analysis by product, segment, and channel.
• Monitor residual value assumptions and adjust forecasts as market conditions change.
• Create dashboards and reports for management decision-making.
• Ensure governance and controls in pricing processes.
