Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Pricing and Residual Value in Dubai, UAE to support pricing governance, residual value management, portfolio profitability analysis, and commercial decision-making within the Financial Services Division.

Working with the Senior Finance Manager and stakeholders across Commercial, Sales, Risk and Finance, the analyst will develop financial models, evaluate pricing assumptions, monitor performance, and provide insights for strategic initiatives and

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, banking, or financial services.
Professional qualification such as MBA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, or CFA is preferred.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Understanding of pricing, FX, liquidity, cash flow, and financial instruments.
Ability to translate financial analysis into practical commercial insights.
Capability to work effectively with Finance, Risk, Sales, and Commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop pricing models and align analysis with profitability, risk, and growth objectives.
Monitor portfolio performance and residual value exposure.
Prepare pricing recommendations and business cases for strategic initiatives.
Create portfolio performance dashboards and analytics reports for management.
Support governance through pricing policies and methodologies; ensure compliance with approvals.
Lead data analytics initiatives and automate management reporting to improve decision support.
