Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Senior Pre-Sales Engineer with SIRA approval and experience in home automation, audio systems, smart security, and ELV solutions. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, designing customized solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of automation systems with security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Pre-Sales Support & Technical Consultation: Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide customized home automation, audio systems, and ELV solutions.
2. Assist in preparing RFQs and BOQs, ensuring compliance with SIRA standards and local regulations.
3. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to recommend the best smart home/ELV solutions.
4. Solution Design & Documentation: Develop and design home automation, security, audio systems, and access control solutions tailored to client needs. Prepare system architecture, schematics, wiring diagrams, and integration layouts for lighting, climate control, AV, CCTV, access control, and audio systems.
5. Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
6. Work with project and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from design to execution.
7. Compliance & Certification: Ensure all proposed solutions meet SIRA requirements for security and automation systems. Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and advancements in smart automation and security.

Key Requirements :

1. Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering for home automation, smart security, audio systems, and ELV systems. SIRA certification/approval is mandatory.
2. Technical Skills : Knowledge of home automation platforms (e.g., KNX, Crestron, Control4, Savant). Experience in home automation, CCTV, access control, audio systems, and ELV solutions. Ability to create technical drawings, schematics, submittals, and system documentation.
3. Soft Skills : Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
