Role Overview: Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pre-Commissioning Engineer with a strong background in Telecommunication systems (Process & Security CCTV) and mandatory Aramco offshore experience. The role requires leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing all Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities across assigned work scopes and campaigns, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery aligned with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and provide input to bid estimations related to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning.
• Plan, prepare, and execute all Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning engineering activities for assigned scopes.
• Develop and input commissioning strategies into the Hook-Up & Commissioning (HUC) schedule.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to Lead Commissioning Engineers, both onshore and offshore.
• Prepare and review Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning procedures, ensuring compliance with Aramco and international standards.
• Oversee vendor performance, ensuring alignment with project schedules and deliverables.
• Interface with internal departments (Yard, Production, Engineering, Hook-Up, QA/QC, Technical) to resolve commissioning-related issues.
• Plan and manage Pre-Commissioning support manpower, ensuring compliance with POB (Persons on Board) limitations.
• Ensure availability of tools, equipment, consumables, and materials required for execution.
• Implement training requirements prior to offshore mobilization.
• Attend IK meetings, FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests), and other client/contractor engagements as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning within the oil & gas/offshore sector.
• Mandatory Aramco offshore experience with demonstrated compliance to Aramco standards and procedures.
• Expertise in Telecom systems with focus on Process & Security CCTV.
• Strong knowledge of international codes, standards, and commissioning practices.
• Proven leadership in managing commissioning teams on large-scale offshore projects.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong HSE awareness and proven record of safe project execution.
