Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a Senior Pre-cast Concrete Supervisor for on-site responsibilities in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee daily pre-cast production, formwork, pours, curing and crane operations to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Gulf experience in pre-cast or construction, a Civil Engineering degree, and a strong focus on HSE and QA/QC. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-cast concrete manufacturing or construction.
• Experience supervising production teams in manufacturing or construction settings.
• Strong knowledge of pre-cast production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pre-cast production activities, formwork, reinforcement concrete pouring and curing.
• Ensure casting adheres to approved drawings, mix design and quality standards.
• Oversee de-molding, handling, storage and stacking of precast elements.
• Coordinate crane rigging teams for lifting and installation of precast units.
• Enforce HSE compliance and permit-to-work system on site.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections, rebar, formwork, pour card and dimensional checks.
• Supervise labor, carpenters, steel fixers and subcontractor crews.
• Monitor casting erection progress against schedule and report delays.
• Maintain daily records, pour cards and element tracking/identification logs.
