Job summary

Umami Comms DMCC in Dubai is seeking a Senior PR Account Executive to manage day-to-day public relations campaigns and nurture client relationships across markets. You will mentor junior staff and ensure campaigns reflect each client’s strategy.

You will develop and execute PR plans for F&B clients, coordinate media events, draft materials, train teams, and measure campaign success using media monitoring. English proficiency is essential, Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications.
• 2–3 years in PR positions within a PR agency or in-house environment; F&B brands preferred.
• Strong relationships with local and national media outlets.
• Solid understanding of PR and campaign planning.
• Excellent understanding of traditional and social media channels.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to manage expectations.
• English fluency; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute public relations/media strategies for clients in the F&B sector.
• Manage PR plan implementation, including press conferences, media briefings, and media tours.
• Contribute to design and execution of media relations campaigns.
• Pitch trade and consumer reporters and maintain reporter relationships.
• Draft PR materials and edit junior staff writing.
• Support research, media audits, and identification of key opinion leaders.
• Oversee daily monitoring, client plan presentations, and project delivery.
• Lead a team of juniors and own client relationships on projects.
