Job summary

DMC Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager - Production Planning and Control (PPC) for its Abu Dhabi operations. The role focuses on creating and maintaining production plans, coordinating with production, stores, and procurement, and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods while supporting ERP processes.

You will monitor efficiency, capacity, and wastage trends, and contribute to continuous improvement and IMS compliance across ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or related field.
Experience in PPC within steel manufacturing or heavy industry is preferred.
Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders and capacity.
Coordinate with production to adhere to schedules and delivery commitments.
Monitor progress and report status, delays, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with stores and procurement for materials availability.
Track inventory levels of materials and finished goods.
Prepare production and dispatch reports and support ERP implementation.
