Job summary

ETAP invites a Lead Engineer in the UAE to drive the design, engineering, integration, testing, and site commissioning of Power Automation solutions including SAS, SCADA, Control Center, PMS and Generator Management. You will lead FAT/SAT, test plans, and on-site handover while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring seamless customer demonstrations.

Qualifications

Graduate in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline.
8–10 years in Power Automation, SAS, SCADA, control-center systems, PMS, or electrical automation projects.
Proven experience leading engineering, system integration, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and customer demonstrations.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, engineering, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover of Power Automation solutions (SAS, SCADA, Control Center, PMS, Generator Management, Load Shedding).
Engineer and integrate SAS/SCADA/Control Center systems including IEDs, RTUs, PLCs, protection relays, meters, HMI, alarms, and time synchronization.
Lead testing activities (FAT, SAT, point-to-point, HIL/RTDS) and site commissioning; manage documentation and customer interactions.
