HQS Cost Mangement in Dubai is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The role focuses on accurate cost estimation, budget monitoring, and cost management for high rise and residential hotel projects.

You will prepare tender documents, analyze costs, track expenditures, and collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective delivery while overseeing procurement and quantity surveys across multiple concurrent projects in Dubai.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, take-off and cost control.
• Proficient in MS Excel, CostX and AutoCAD.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a team.

Aufgaben

• Conduct cost estimates, feasibility studies and budgets.
• Prepare tender documents including bills of quantities.
• Analyze project costs, variations and claims.
• Monitor project finances, track costs and provide reports.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, engineers and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities.
• Assist in procurement and negotiate with suppliers.
• Provide cost management and value engineering guidance.
