Job summary

CMA CGM Abu Dhabi Regional Office is seeking a Ports & Terminals (P&T) Procurement Manager to lead procurement and supplier relationships for the assigned portfolio. You will establish budgets, optimize costs, and negotiate contracts with a focus on value and SLA adherence.

The role requires 7–10 years in ports/logistics procurement, excellent English communication, and the ability to travel internationally as needed. Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

7–10 years with container terminals, ports, shipping, logistics in procurement/operations.
Strong English written and spoken communication; French/Arabic a plus.
Deep understanding of ports and terminals operations and liner shipping.

Responsibilities

Establish annual budgets for the portfolio and manage with sourcing initiatives.
Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and incumbents.
Analyze spend patterns, identify cost drivers and savings opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify risks and opportunities for strategies.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs; ensure contractual values are realized.
Collaborate with operations to develop effective sourcing strategies.
Lead stakeholder communications and drive global-standard contracting.
Track supplier performance and enforce corrective actions as needed.
