Job Description

Your task is to actively support our portfolio clients and ensure the risk management of the real estate and financing structure. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, preparing reports, and acting as the contact person for establishing, monitoring, and developing the financing structure. You will regularly communicate with our portfolio clients and assist them with capital raising, financial planning, and execution.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate in Dubai
• High motivation and commitment
• Native German speaker with very good English skills
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai if not already residing there
• Degree in economics (business administration/economics) and additional qualifications or banking training (Bank Academy, CFA, CIIA, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge and experience in capital market topics and instruments, supporting wealthy clients
• Good knowledge of liquid asset classes and economic interrelationships
• Strong communication and analytical skills
