Job summary

AMEA Power is seeking a Portfolio Financial Modeler Analyst to join our Asset Management team in Dubai. You will leverage advanced Excel skills to update live financial models, incorporate historical actuals, and project forward‑looking cash flows for portfolio projects.

You will assess debt service ratios, distributable cash flow, and covenants, prepare internal and lender reports, and support restructuring, negotiations, and due diligence with cross‑functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in math, accounting or finance; advanced degrees or CFA a plus.
• 3+ years updating and maintaining live financial models in asset management.
• Expert Excel (VBA, Power Query) with strong DCF/financial statement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain portfolio financial models with actuals and forward projections.
• Calculate debt service ratios and distributable cash flow per financing agreements.
• Prepare internal and lender reports and covenants certificates.
• Support restructuring, negotiations, and due diligence for portfolio projects.
• Collaborate with finance, project, legal, and SPV teams to align results.
