Job summary

AMANA is seeking an experienced PMO/Project Manager to support Oracle HCM implementation initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across HR and IT and vendors, track milestones, risks and dependencies, and ensure governance and timely delivery.

Requires 3–5+ years in PMO functions, HRIS/Oracle HCM project experience, and strong reporting with Excel and dashboards. PMP/PRINCE2 or PMI-PMOCP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in PMO, project coordination, PMO functions.
• Experience supporting HR transformation, HRIS, or Oracle HCM implementation projects.
• Strong governance, PMO best practices, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and report on project performance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and progress.
• Coordinate activities across HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Assist in management of risks, issues, RAID logs, and change requests; ensure escalation and resolution.
• Maintain project management tools, plans, resource trackers, and dashboards.
• Support governance activities, including steering committees, status reviews, and executive reporting.
