Job summary

Parsons Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced PMC Construction Manager – Buildings to lead delivery across a portfolio of building developments in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate contractors, consultants, and stakeholders within a client-facing PMC environment.

The role emphasizes monitoring progress, quality, HSE, risk management, and ensuring adherence to processes and industry best practices, while mentoring site teams towards excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a construction-related field (or equivalent construction-related experience).
• Minimum 15 years experience in building construction delivery / site execution (large projects experience preferred).
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and industry practices with proven leadership and management capability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a client-facing PMC environment.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery management across a portfolio of building projects, coordinating contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and HSE performance; identify risks/issues and drive actions to closure.
• Chair/participate in coordination and progress meetings and ensure clear reporting, follow-up, and documentation.
• Support project planning and execution, including interface management and resolution of construction challenges.
• Provide leadership to site teams and ensure works follow agreed processes, standards, and industry best practices.
