Job summary

Parsons in Abu Dhabi is seeking a PMC Infrastructure Project Manager who will lead project management consultancy activities for civil and infrastructure programs. You will oversee project execution, financial performance, and team leadership, ensuring delivery of multi-disciplinary works.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, minimum of 12 years of experience in civil infrastructure project management, including 8 years in the Middle East. Competitive monthly salary offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in civil infrastructure project management, including roads and utilities.
• At least 8 years of Middle East experience and 5 years within the UAE.
• Strong track record in PMC roles, project leadership, and multi-disciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all business, technical, and administrative functions of assigned projects.
• Forecast monthly revenue, labor costs, ODCs, and gross profit throughout the project duration.
• Develop project budgets and manage profitability, invoicing, billing, and financial reporting.
• Lead preparation of Project Management Plans, HSE Plans, and QA/QC Plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
