Job summary

Sener in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Project Manager with a strong design background in STP and water networks to lead complex infrastructure programs.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in engineering, progressed from hands-on design to project or design management, and be adept at leading multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of overall engineering experience.
• Strong design background in STP and water transmission/distribution.
• Career progression from hands-on design to project/design management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing clients.
• Experience in engineering consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through design and delivery.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, resources, deliverables, and interfaces.
• Oversee design development with STP and water networks background.
• Manage programs, budgets, risks, changes, resources, and deliverables.
• Lead coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, implement mitigations.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual, standards, quality, and client expectations.
• Lead project meetings, design reviews, progress reporting, and key decisions.
